About Beverly Hills Adj
Beverly Hills Adjacent is a section of Los Angeles in the West Hollywood/Beverly Hills cradle. Its residential areas are somewhat dense compared to Beverly Hills or Hancock Park and more evenly split between single-family homes and rental units, but make no mistake—on the whole, the neighborhood is fairly upscale.

Small eateries abound along 3rd Street, such as the well-loved and heavily-trafficked Joan’s on Third. The Beverly Center and the surrounding commerce of the Beverly Grove area are strong local options for shopping and romping about, and moreover, Beverly Hills Adjacent might be one of the very best neighborhoods for centrality, walkability, and bikeability in the entire city. A short list of easily accessible sites of interest would include: West Hollywood, The Miracle Mile, the Rodeo Drive business district in Beverly Hills, the Fairfax Farmers Market, and The Grove.

The area is particularly well suited for those who work at any of the hundreds of businesses in Century City, in downtown Beverly Hills, or on the Miracle Mile. Be advised that easy freeway access is not one of this neighborhood’s strengths—the 10 freeway to the south is your best bet—and that much of the parking in Beverly Hills Adjacent is metered or permit-based. Primary arteries: Santa Monica Blvd., Wilshire Blvd., Olympic Blvd., La Cienega Blvd.
