About Pacific Palisades
Pacific Palisades is widely considered one of the finest places to live in Los Angeles. It borders Brentwood, Malibu, and Santa Monica and has a median household income of over $165,000, a figure that bests all but four other areas in the entire county. Life in the Pacific Palisades is upscale. Its hills and cliffs are carved up into glamorous estates and its population density is quite low. Many Hollywood celebrities and elite entertainment industry professionals flock there for the privacy it affords them.

Scenery is where the Pacific Palisades really shines; forested mountains, bluffs overlooking the gorgeous California coastline, phenomenal vantage points for staring off into Topanga Canyon—all of these visual beauties are second to none.
