Come join our ‘family’! We have a room for rent in a four-bedroom house. We are two guys, one girl and two cats, all working professionals with active lifestyles (except for the cats, they don't seem to do anything). The room is on the second story and is a good size, 10 ½’ x 13 ½’, with vaulted ceilings. The room also has a wide closet and is east facing, so it gets morning sun. The room shares a ‘Jack and Jill’ bathroom with one other room; each person has their own private sink and they will share a toilet and shower. The house is located in North Redondo Beach near the corner of Artesia Blvd and Aviation Blvd. We have very close highway access to the 405 Freeway, about 5 minutes. We are one and a half miles from the beach. The utilities include reasonable use of water, electricity, gas, local phone, Direct TV, and wireless internet. We have a shared covered parking space and street parking is very easy. You will have access to use our kitchen, refrigerator, etc.
