Very large master bedroom with tons of closet space and private bathroom. (The photos don't really convey the size of the room, which is about 230 square feet - 17' x 13.5' - not counting all the closet space, hallway and private bath.) 3-bed apt in Sherman Oaks, just a half block north of Ventura, walking distance from supermarkets, shops, restaurants and banks (the Sherman Oaks shopping "strip"), and very near both the 101 and 405 freeways. Great, clean, safe neighborhood. We're looking for someone quiet and reasonably laid back. We share 1/3 utils (DWP, cable & internet). You will have to pass a credit check with the building manager before signing an addendum to the lease, which is month to month (just give 30 days notice before moving out), but we'd prefer somebody looking to stay put for a while. Rent only goes up 3-4% a year - and this year they didn't raise the rent. I have been living here for 9 years and LOVE it!
