- I am a straight male 26 year old professional. During the week, I am quiet and get to bed early, but I am social and active on the weekends. I am neat, clean and organized, and you should be as well. My first choice would be a male roommate, but I am open to a female roommate. Non-smoking unit. I have two very friendly, very clean cats (who must think that they are dogs) and are quite funny, affectionate, and non-cat like! Safe, quiet, young neighborhood. The apartment comes with one parking spot, and I am open to all options - it being your spot, my spot, 1 week on/1 week off, etc. Street parking is ample in this neighborhood, so I wouldn't have any problem parking on the street if the spot is a deal breaker for you!
