The location is great 1 block from Whole Foods and La Cabana, which is open until 3am. The house is 2 stories, 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with a huge backyard, lemon trees, a patio, a grill and a small basketball court. Inside there are high ceilings, a big living room with a 42" TV/DVR/Wii/Playstation, a wood burning fireplace, a tournament sized pool table and a fully stocked industrial sized kitchen. We are currently 3 girls and 3 guys, mid to late twenties professionals. All very cool, laid-back, fun, responsible people. We like to have BBQs in the summer and sip wine by the fireplace in the winter:-) The nicest part about living here is there's usually somebody home if you want to hang out, but it's easy to get privacy if you need it. The move-in date will be around Sept. 1st. The rent is $883/month. The deposit is last months rent, plus a $250 security. Utilities are about $100 monthly for gas/electric/cleaning service.
