- Good-sized room for rent in a three-bedroom apartment in Venice. The room has a nice-sized closet and a full-sized bedframe is available, if you need it. Great location. Only two blocks from shops, restaurants, bars, and cafés on Abbott Kinney, 5 blocks from the beach, and just a short walk or bike ride to Main Street in Santa Monica. The six unit building has a leafy courtyard with an apricot tree. I am 23, and work full time at an architecture firm. I like hosting dinner parties, trying new foods, and exploring the city. The other roommate, 30, just started business school and commutes. She is only home one night a week. She loves to hike, salsa and tango when she has time. We appreciate an communicative, sharing housemate situation. We like to hang out and have a glass of wine together sometimes, so we're looking for someone who wants to join us. We do like to go out, but not every day. No cats, No dogs.
