A 3 star (I.E. average) building with 4 star (I.E. above average) elements inside my unit (flat screen TV's, nice leather couch, chair and ottoman, high thread count sheets, soft mattress top, very clean, etc.)
If you're planning on spending time in Santa Monica you already know that a decent hotel will cost you over $6,000 per month and a corporate rental will cost between $4,500-5,500 a month (this is my neighborhood in Ocean Park). Your best option is a sublet. My place is six blocks from the beach and right up the street from Shutters and Casa Del Mar hotels on the beach ($500 a night cheapest) and next door to the upscale Delfina hotel ($300 a night).
