This place is great! Wonderful house in Santa Monica. Front yard with lovely lawn, backyard with a gazebo and a basketball hoop. Nice-sized living room, dining room, kitchen. Two bathrooms, one with bath and shower, one with toilet and vanity. Room is nice with large windows. We have an outdoor cat named Martin, who is very friendly and only comes inside to eat. Washer and Dryer, Hardwood Floors, Quiet Neighborhood. Fireplace inside and Chiminella outside, Furnished Living & Dining Room, plenty of street parking, Trader Joe's within walking distance along with some great restaurants and bars. I am an actor, singer, and documentary filmmaker. Currently completing a seven-year documentary called "The End of Hunger" about why hunger exists and what we can do to end it.
