This is a great, house (a mansion?) We have a 1/2 acre lot w/ lots of gardening space, which is good because I'm a rabid organic gardener! We have 4 avacado & 7 orange , 4 lemon, 2 necterine, 2 peach, kumquat, a Sapote, Pakistani Mulberry, a plum, figs & some others I can't think of; 30+ fruit trees. We'll be planting more later. We also have a 1400 sq ft butterfly garden & a veggie garden (w/ 30 asparagus plants) as well. We're still working on the yard, if you would like a section... it's yours to garden organically. There is a 23x25 ft patio w/ a pavilion on one end for shade. We have a gas BBQ & a woodburning firepit. Everything in the common area is yours for the using, as long as it's taken care of.
