I’m looking for a female roommate, my last roommate was female and we got along really well and want to try to find a similar situation.I am also looking for someone who has a small’ish dog to hang out with my little puggle maxine. The Townhome is located on Maxella Ave, just a few blocks east of Lincoln Blvd, just a couple of blocks from the Marina’s shops, restaurants, movies & more! It is a great corner unit w/a huge front patio w/a nice gas BBQ. Inside are really high ceilings, totally open floorplan & a cool modern look and feel.The kit is updated w/all new appliances.
