Its' a really cool house right off of Abbot Kinney and 5 blocks to Venice Beach! It's a great part of Venice to be in and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. The room available is on the 2nd floor of the house and you basically have the whole floor. You have your own bathroom (the shower and the floor was just recently remodeled) and you have a little nook in the hallway and a hallway closet. The room is a little small and lofty but you still have a lot of space outside the room. There is also an additional spiral staircase that goes upside the house, so you also have your own entrance. The house has a small backyard (which is great for BBQ's) and there is parking as well. It's available Dec. 1, 2009.
