My roommate and I are looking for a female roommate for our third bedroom. Our apartment is very spacious. Large living and dining rooms with spacious kitchen. Three bedrooms and 1 ½ bathrooms. Cozy gas fireplace, central heating and AC. Onsite coin-operated laundry room. Shared parking space and LOTS of parking on the streets…no street sweeping schedule. The vacant bedroom is about 10 ft. by 11 ft. We are in our mid and late 20’s. We are both positive, upbeat people and work full-time. My roommate went to LMU, and I went to USC (I now go to grad school at UCLA). We both have our own independent lives but are very friendly and communicate well. We take turns cleaning the apartment but are low key about it. We also have a clean, indoor-outdoor kitty cat, who is part of the family.
