Three blocks from Beverly Hills and close to numerous shops and restaurants. The complex is well maintained and security cameras installed. Guest parking inside gated garage as well as parking on streets with permits. Parking space available is very small. I do appreciate privacy so tenants who are very social or like to have friends over a LOT probably not a good match. Appreciate cleanliness too. Nothing crazy but someone who picks up after themselves is great!! Great room for someone who travels a lot! Will set up more current photos. Room for rent has been painted to all neutral beige and has slightly different decor.
