Hello! I currently live here and am looking for one other roommate. The other bedroom room is furnished. You have the option to use the current furntiture or of course provide your own. Lots of light, lots of space! Hardwood floors, maid service, central air, free laundry on site, front patio, secure parking spot, water and internet included. Your half of the rent would be $850. I have a small dog that minds its own so must be able to cope with that. You are of course not responsible for it but just know that it lives here too. Sorry, at this time, no other pets are allowed. I am a female, clean, no drama makeup artist. The place is available July 1 with possible move in a few days ahead of time. Message me if you would like to check it out! It truly is a great space. The total rent combined is $1700, split two ways. The landlord also requires one month security deposit. Usually its first and last month but he's willing to give the right person a break.
