The room is in a 3 bedroom house. Currently two guys are living there (26 and 24) who are professional, work during the week and have fun on the weekends and the odd happy hour. You will share a bathroom with one of the guys and there is a private hot tub at the house that gets professionally cleaned every week.There is a dishwasher and washer/dryer at the house. There is parking for two cars in the driveway and ample parking on the road. Located between hermosa pier and manhattan pier. Really nice house very close to the sand!! We are both fairly clean but not OCD clean and we are social. You would be moving into a fully furnished house with all applicances and electronics (48" LCD TV with direct TV cable, will update pictures). All you would need to do is furnish your bedroom and there is cable run to have Direct TV in there.
