Plenty of street parking w/ permit. Seeking a non-smoking female between 21 and 30 years old as condo will be shared with two girls, one a student and the other a professional. We are very polite, easy going and open minded. We are both very busy and not home very often. When we are home it is our sanctuary, a place to rest and relax.
