Duplex covers the entire top floor and feels like a home. The beach and Abbot Kinney are both a block away. We would be sharing the rest of the house which has a separate office, extra large kitchen (Sub-Zero refrigerator, dishwasher) and washer/dryer in the unit. The whole place has been upgraded recently and really nice. It has wood floors in the office and living room and brand new carpets in the bedrooms. There is also a patio area for barbequing and even has a pizza oven! You can also rent your own garage parking space (not tandem) with an automatic garage door opener for an additional $100 a month. There is also a spiral staircase from the garage to the unit. You would be sharing with just myself. I am a late 30s male professional and I am not the owner nor does he live on the property. I am looking for someone who does not work from home and is respectful and can afford the rent. Please no pets, drugs, or smoking and I am looking to rent to only one other person.
