Master bed room available. Hello my name is Kyle and I have a room for rent in Van Nuys. It is a fully furnished master bedroom for $950 for one person or $1200 for Couples. You have your own bathroom with a beautiful shower and bath. Along with a bed and dressers, the room comes with a 32inch T.V. already hooked to cable (we have the NFL package where you can watch every NFL game). The master walk in closest is big enough to rent it out as a separate room. The house has a full kitchen with plenty of space. In the garage has enough room to park a car and hold our washer and dryer. The house also has a fireplace backyard and air conditioner. Cable internet and gas are included in your rent and electric is split between everyone. Security deposit is $850. So here comes the deal, if you can move in by Nov 1st we will take $100 dollars off your rent for two months. So $850 till Jan, but if you cannot move in by then but can get us a security deposit by Nov.1st then that will work as well.
