You would be renting your own unfurnished one bedroom and your own bathroom in a 2 bedroom/2 bath duplex that covers the entire top floor and feels like a home. The property is on Venice Way just off the Venice Circle. The beach and Abbot Kinney are both a block away. We would both use the rest of the house which has a separate office, extra large kitchen (Sub-Zero refrigerator, dishwasher) and washer/dryer in the unit. It has a ton of storage space. The whole place has been upgraded recently and really nice. It has wood floors in the office and living room, tile in the kitchen and bathrooms, and brand new carpets in the bedrooms. There is also a patio area for barbequing and even has a pizza oven! You can also rent your own garage parking space (not tandem) with an automatic garage door opener for an additional $100 a month. There is also a spiral staircase from the garage to the unit. Please no pets. Non smoking preferred.
