WE SHARE THE KITCHEN AND BATHROOM SO PREFER A FEMALE, THOUGH MOST NIGHTS I SHOWER AT MY GYM ANYWAY, AND DO NOT COOK VERY MUCH. WHEN I'M GONE WHICH WILL BE FOR SEVERAL MONTHS, THE WHOLE APARTMENT IS YOURS. I PAY $1595 PER MONTH FOR RENT, PLUS WATER, TRASH,ELECTRIC,AND CABLE WHICH IS AN EXTRA $150.OO. That splits into $872.00, but I'm only asking for $800.00, plus you'll have the whole place to yourself for several months FOR ONLY $800.00.
