Looking for roommate for the 3rd room in a spacious 3 bedroom & 2 bathroom house. There is a large living room, and a large dining room, and a fenced in back yard with a BBQ! Great hardwoods, central air and heat. A full kitchen with restaurant grade gas stove, and a washer/dryer. About us: I am 31, and a TV editor. The other roommate is 30, and works in a tech field. We both work 9-5, and are looking for another professional or student that will be working full time. We will consider a dog. I am in and out of town, and am willing to rent one of two rooms (because I am not around that much). Rent for the standard room is 1100 a month including utilities: gas/electricity/water.
