- Hello! We have a really fantastic place right by the beach in the Marina and are looking for a roomate. I am an art dealer and Izzy is a student at USC. The place has all the amenities like a trash compactor, washer and dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, etc, and is fully furnished with nice stuff, except for the room. We are a 10 second walk to the beach, and probably the best bit of beach in LA. Its on a very nice street in a really nice/upscale area. We really love it here! Anyway, looking for a girl, because Izzy doesn't want to share a bathroom with a guy. The room has a cable box, and wireless internet. Its a super nice place in a very safe neighborhood. We both aren't home that much, and keep a clean place. 1040 rent/ 1000 deposit. November 10 – February 10. Please inquire. Please send a pic of yourself. Thanks!
