The place is already furnished, with the exception of your room (you're welcome to also add to the common areas too). The room is a good size (11 x 10) and has a nice closet (9 x 3.5) with a built-in organizer. You would obviously have full use of the place and the building's fitness center and jacuzzi. I'm an easy going 29 year old guy from Chicago. Lived in LA for 4 years. Interests are always growing: biking, paddle tennis, live music, kickball (yes, I'm on a team), hiking, movies, beach bonfires, grilling, enjoying drinks with friends, traveling, the Packers, Cubs, LA Galaxy, Fifa, Madden, etc. Trying to find the time to start stand-up paddle boarding and kayaking. I've pretty much always had a roommate (have a great one now, but she's leaving for Bali) and enjoy having good/fun people around. You'd of course be welcome to have guests over. A friend or two of mine will drop in on the weekends, but not much during the week. Oh, and no smoking inside please. -d
