Room is in the brand new La Playa Court building. The community is great. I'm looking for a good person to share my condo with. The place is already furnished, with the exception of your room (although I do have a futon available if necessary for short term). The room is a good size (11 x 10) and has a nice closet (9 x 3.5). You would obviously have full use of the place and all amenities including the building's fitness center and jacuzzi. About me: Easy going 27 year old guy from Chicago. I moved to this area two years ago after grad school and work nearby in El Segundo. Interests: music/concerts, biking, hiking, movies, beach bonfires, grilling, having drinks with friends, traveling, the Packers, Cubs, video games, etc. I've had roommates since starting undergrad and enjoy having good/fun people around. I wouldn't mind people coming over, and just would ask that we're both respectful of each others schedules/sleep. I would prefer a non-smoker, or that smoking is done out
