Hi I am looking for a room mate to rent an unfurnished bedroom and bathroom, in a two bedroom, two bath apartment with a balcony, kitchen, dining room and living room in Santa Monica. I’m preferably looking for a girl, as I am a girl, I'm in my thirtees, and I'm easy going, but not really a party person, you would pretty much have the place to yourself, as I am actually only there about 3 days a week during the work week, but I'd have to make sure we clicked. The rent is $920 and with splitting internet, cable, gas and electric it comes out to about $965-970 a month. There is laundry on the premises and a dishwasher, oven, refridge etc. I don't have a dog, but I love them, so a dog would be fine, and the apartment is pretty pet friendly because it has mostly hardwood floors. It's about 2 bocks from Montana and a really great neighborhood. It's mostly furnished but if you have stuff I might be open to a change.
