Room available in 2-bdrm / 2-bthrm ap’t. Ideal location on 6th St. off Ocean Park, walking distance to Main St. and the beach, 2 mi. to Abbot Kinney and less than a mile to 3rd St. Promenade and SMC. Close enough to all the action, but just enough removed to avoid noise and lack of parking. Highlights: Covered parking space included, large patio/deck with small garden. Public tennis court, parks and mini-market within 2 blocks. I'm looking for anyone with a positive attitude. I don’t have visitors coming through often, though I enjoy being social, cooking, playing games, etc. The living room is furnished, but room can be found for some addt’l items. The kitchen has plenty of cabinet space. And the garden has plenty of planting space! I don’t have a TV in the living room, but am open to having one.
