We just found the sweetest 3 story 5 bedroom 3 bathroom condo right next to the Beverly Center. The room we are renting is the biggest in the house. Decent size closet, window, shared bathroom. Hardwood Floors in the common areas, Carpet in the bedrooms There's an entrance on the first and second floor and a cool spiral staircase going through the apartment. There are about 9 units in the whole building, the oldest tenant is 28!!!! Young Hip Crowd, Very Friendly. We are 25-28 yr olds.... actor, musicians, producers.... we all work in the industry. There is laundry on the premises and we hear community bbq's are known to break out once in a while. The manager is really sweet and the landlord has offered us free rent in November and a flexible security deposit. We are asking 750 for the room but it's negotiable if we really like you. We're all respectful but love to have a good time. We would prefer a female roommate but feel free to shoot us an email if you're interested
