I am looking for a roommate to share a 2 bdrm/2 bthrm apartment in a great location in Redondo Beach. It's walking distance to the beach, stores, restaurants, and it's very close to both the Hermosa and Redondo Piers. The kitchen and living room are both furnished, but there is room for you to bring some of your own stuff as well if you want. The bedroom is unfurnished. There are coin-op washers and dryers in the building and plenty of extra storage in the garage. I would be your roommate so here are some basic details about me. I am 27, a full time professional, a clean (but not neat freak) and considerate roommate, and I have 2 cats that live here too.
