  • We are looking for a third roommate to share our beautiful 3 BD, 2BA apartment in Santa Monica. You will be sharing a bathroom with one of us and parking is plentiful on the street of this very quiet neighborhood. We are mature ladies and are looking for same. No smoking, no drugs, no drama, and no pets. The apartment is seven blocks from the beach and close to Main Street and the 3rd Street Promenade. We are looking for someone who has a full-time job, stable, and wants to stay in a place long term. The rent is $650 a month, plus 1/3 of the utilities (usually around $50). There is a $650 deposit. You will undergo a credit check ($30), and be put on our lease, which is month-to-month. We are very easy going people... from NY and Chicago.
