The guest house is located on a cul de sac. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. The interior of the guest house is beautiful. It is a very cozy place. The kitchen is big with lots of oak cabinets with big breakfast counter. The bedroom is nice sized, aprox 12' by 12'. Bedroom has new carpett. There are three nice sized closets. The bathroom is fine. The living room space is very limited in size. All utilities are included; water, gas, electricity, cable and wi-fi. Outside, there is a private patio. It is shaded most of the day. I am looking for a responsible renter. This is a non-smoking unit. Small pet is allowed but with extra security deposit. The neighborhood is quiet and we want to keep it that way: No loud music. Utilities are included.
