It's a 3 bedroom, 3 bath house, it's pretty much entirely brand new, built in the last year or so. The room has a walk in closet, and basically its own bathroom although there's a door to the upstairs living room which no one uses. The place used to be me and the owner Mimi, now it's me and my buddy Peter but we need a 3rd. The good: The house itself is gorgeous, I cook a lot so there's typically a good amount of food, plenty of parking, mall and freeways are very close by, it's furnished, there's a living room upstairs with my TV and entertainment system that's basically not used, there's a bbq, little india is walking distance, so you have access to to awesome indian food, security system, laundry, we own little big planet 1 & 2. The only real bad is: it's Artesia, so it's not a particularly happening part of town, you may have to take out the trash. What we want: Someone clean, quiet, not a party house, male or female ok. Ask for more details!
