Hello, I'm looking for a roommate to live with until 9/2012. The complex is located in Pico-Robertson. It is a great neighborhood with a lot of families. Very safe to walk around at any time of day. Located on a bus route and near the freeway and shopping. Great location directly adjacent to Beverly Hills, close to Century City, and adjacent to mid-city. The unit itself is fully furnished, but the room is not. Renter will have a private bedroom and bathroom to themselves. Landlord/management very responsive. The unit comes with one parking space which traditionally has been shared one week on, one week off.
