This is a great neighborhood. I have 3 bedrooms (one of which I use for work), big fenced yard. One and one-half bath. The house is fully furnished in vintage-flea=market style. The bedroom for rent can be furnished or not. It has a cable hook-up and private phone line. I have 2 dogs who like other dogs, so we could take one more, I don't know how they feel about cats, I've never tested. I've owned the house for 9 years, it has been great. I prefer a female. I am self employed, have a studio in the house where I see clients, so the main areas need to be kept very tidy. I'm out alot on the weekends woking and riding my horse, so you would have the place to yourself. All appliances are new, including the central air. I have a cleaning lady in every other week . Gardener every week.
