You would be renting with a female & male roomate, your own unfurnished upper level bedroom (shared bathroom with male roommate) in a 3 Bedroom/2 Bathroom Furnished House. There is private staircase from the living room to the bedroom to be rented. The property is on Wilson Place in a quiet neighborhood. The beach and Main Street are both blocks away and Venice and the Marina are a short bike ride away. We would be sharing the rest of the house which has a separate office, extra large kitchen (Sub-Zero refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave) and washer/dryer in the unit. Living room has a 46 inch HD TV with surround sound speakers. The whole place has been upgraded and is really nice. It has hard wood floors in the office and living room, tile in the kitchen and bathrooms, and carpet in the bedroom upstairs. There is also a deck area, yard, Jacuzzi & great space for barbequing! You can also rent your own parking space (not tandem) for an additional $150 a month.
