great apt.. seeking roommate should be non smoker non drug user light drinker. Im a virgo and neat and clean is very much the way i live.great views and great space to live in just blocks away from farmers market. Im grounded and spiritual non denominational.. but open to whatever you believe im gay and am single.seeking same of someone compatible who doesnt have issues with a gay roommate who is an adult who does entertain at night in my room at times. respectable and always courteous to my roommate as well.if you want covered parking thats an extra$60 otherwise its free parking here.
