just rented a 2 bed 2 bath apartment in Mar Vista and I'm looking for a roommate. The rooms are 12X13 with a well sized closet with sliding doors and new carpeting and large sliding window with blinds. Each bathroom has a full shower with a tub and a vanity mirror with great lighting. The place was just newly remodeled and has hardwood floors in the living room, new cabnits and marble countertops in the kitchen.The Apartment building is secure with two gated entry ways and cameras. There is one parking spot which I will be sharing with my roommate perhaps switching off on a monthly basis or if you want you can pay an extra fee a month and keep the spot to yourself. I do have a 1 year old German Shepard / Lab mix, he is super friendly and everyone he meets falls in love with him. Most importantly he is 100% house trained and obedient. The rent is $835 plus half of gas and electricity.
