Hi, I'm renting an apartment in west hollywood area, nice and convenient. My current roommate is moving out at the end of February and I'm looking for a new person to share a 2 bd, 1 bath. The apartment is clean and update. I have a futon mattress you can use or not. I'd like to have somebody who always cleans after herself as well as keeps things tidy. I don't mind party once in a blue moon or an easy one, weekly is not an ideal. Prefer single. No dogs are allowed in the building. Cats are ok, I have one. I would prefer her to work out of the house. Easy going, quiet most of the time, responsible, reasonable, Be on time on rent. I'm a musician. I go out to perform and rehearse a few times a week, other than that I sometimes have to record at home. At the moment, I use the living room as my studio. But I'm willing to share the space.
