The house is 3 stories and was just recently renovated with ocean views from the top deck. It's just 2 blocks up the street from Martha' cafe and the beach. Great neighborhood with easy parking. The room is approximately 130sqf. with new paint and carpet next to a shared 2 sink bathroom on the 2nd (Main Floor). We have FIOS high speed internet and cable with each room's own cable box. The main floor has 25 foot ceilings with a lot of natural light. The 3rd floor is a loft in size where we have the TV and it opens onto the sundeck with views. It's an open beach feeling house. Parking is easy around the house. In May thru Sept they enforce a 1 hour parking rule to keep beachgoers from out of town away but we all receive permits.
