All these rooms are located downstairs. The kitchen and living room are common area's and must be kept clean. There is a Jacuzzi and plenty of storage space in the backyard. The gardener is paid by the landlord. The house is located 1.5 miles away from Tustin Market Place and is on a very quite street with plenty of driveway or street parking.
