Beverly Hills Adjacent is a section of Los Angeles in the West Hollywood/Beverly Hills cradle. Its residential areas are somewhat dense compared to Beverly Hills or Hancock Park and more evenly split between single-family homes and rental units, but make no mistake—on the whole, the neighborhood is fairly upscale.
