The City famous for the Rose Bowl and the Tournament of Roses also boasts some of Los Angeles’s most unique and eclectic Architecture. Incorporated in 1886, Pasadena is the 8th Largest City in Los Angeles County and a popular destination for Tourists and Southern Californians alike.

Old Pasadena, also Old Town Pasadena, was previously a Red Light District litered with run-down and abandoned buildings. In the early 1990’s, minutes before a wrecking ball was set to destory much of the area, preservationist and investors breathed new life into this historic area. Old Town now boasts a shopping district second only to Rodeo Drive in terms of revenue. Some of Los Angelese best Resturants line Coldoardo Blvd and the Gold Line gives easy access to the center of this bustiling area.

Hollywood reconzied early on that Pasadena was a great location for movies and comercials. Many residential neighborhoods in Pasedana have houses simliar in archtiural style to the Mid West and North Eastern areas of the United States. On any given day multiple Film and Televsion projects are shot on the streets of Pasadena.

Downtown and Old Pasadena are close to a goal of 5,100 new Apartment and Condos Units by 2007 creating a ruch urban life within the city limits.
