About Venice
Venice, CA (also known as Venice Beach) is a coastal neighborhood of Los Angeles. The area is blanketed with rental units that are primarily older, smallish, and quaint, though there are some very upscale residences as one approaches the beach. The area attracts a great deal of tourism.
