We have both 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom units available. All units have 1 bathroom and includes a stove. Some units have tile floors and some units have wood floors (both are shown). There is a Laundry facilities on site and covered parking. There is... an On-Site Manager and well lit grounds for added safety. Water and trash included in the rent. NO SMOKING ALLOWED. Any pets MUST be approved by management and cost an additional $35 per month per pet. No pets over 25 lbs are allowed per city guidelines. $35 Credit check fee needed for each adult.
