Anaheim Hills is a subdivision of the City of Anaheim
in the Orange County
region of Southern California. It begins at Tustin Ave. in the west and snakes along the 91 freeway east to the Green River Golf Club; it borders Yorba Linda in the north and the City of Orange/various unincorporated territories in the south. Anaheim Hills is by far the most upscale area of Anaheim. It is a planned community divided into dozens upon dozens of very specifically mapped-out neighborhoods.
Like many such communities in Orange County, great care was taken to set aside large tracts of green spaces; the most prominent are Deer Canyon Park, Yorba Regional Park, and Chino Hills State Park. As one might expect, housing in Anaheim Hills is dominated by large single-family homes and estates, though some town homes have been set aside to balance accessibility. Primary arteries through the area include the 91, 90, and 241 freeways.
