Looking for quiet renter/ renters… I am a single mom occupying main house. Would consider small pets. Gated private area for a pet, plants or just storage for bikes, etc. My kiddos and I are quiet for the most part, we do have a small dog who occupies the main back yard but she is also pretty quiet and friendly.
