Located near major freeways (91, 405 and 110) along with the mall and many... restaurants. Price for the room is $1200 including utilities. Room is spacious, with large closets and bathroom has recently been upgraded and is shared with 1-2 others max depending on occupancy. I am a single 32 year old working professional with three large dogs who come in and out the house occasionally. The rooms are located upstairs, and dogs never go up there. Very chill vibe, and we keep the common areas very clean and free of junk. There is a house keeper who comes bi-weekly as well to clean the entire house, cleaning fees are included in monthly cost.
