It comes with a good size closet, plenty of storage space for food item or personal items & is in a very quiet... little ranch. It also has its own mini/split with ac/heater. For a couple rent will be $1,800 for a single person the rent will be $1600. Please contact us to make an appointment if you would like to walk the casita. We prefer a single responsible person or a couple but no more than two people can live in a one bedroom.
If you desire for the room to be furnished we can offer that at an additional cost or we can sell you the furniture for you to own.
