Do not download illegal content using the Wi-Fi. Dispose of trash in provided bins to avoid overflowing. Report any damages or issues immediately within 3 hours after check-in. Do not put trash or toilet paper in the toilet bowls because clogged toilets or plumbing issues can result in a bill of $300-$500. Please do not break any sprinklers and only drive on the driveway and not on the dirt. No DJ is allowed, with a $1000 fine for violations.
