Near by San Antonio hospital, Pomona valley hospital and... Kaiser Ontario. Walking distance to downtown Claremont and the colleges. Parking on driveway. Rent includes everything unless there is a pet. I do not own any pets so I would consider changing the rent amount if that comes into play.
