West Hills is a low-population-density, high-median-income neighborhood in the San Fernando Valley region of Los Angeles. Along with Woodland Hills, its neighbor to the south, West Hills occupies the westernmost territory in the City of Los Angeles. Because it lies so far to the west, West Hills is predictably more suburban than most of the rest of the Valley region; with the Santa Susana Mountains to the north and the Santa Monica Mountains to the south, green spaces and gorgeous views abound. West Hills is blanketed with, well, hills, with many ranches in its flatter territory.
